We have successfully shipped many orders across Canada. Our shipping methods are proven to ensure the safety of the plants while utilizing recyclable products whenever possible. Plants are reinforced with bamboo stakes for stability. Larger orders are shipped in double wall boxes to provide crate-like protection.
To further guarantee the plants are not stressed during transit, they will be shipped with additional moisture retaining media such as Sphagnum moss.
We make every effort to avoid using non-recyclable products such as Styrofoam or packing peanuts in the packaging of our plants. Shipped materials are easy to handle and recycle or dispose of.
At Island Ornamental, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with the products we provide. In the event that customers receive plants that have been damaged in transit, we will offer the following refund policy:
Customers must notify Island Ornamental via email within three (3) days of delivery. Once Island Ornamental has confirmed the damage via photos, an assessment will be made and store credit or a replacement plant may be issued at our discretion.
